The Ponderosa is our larges apartment. It consist of a family-kitchen-dining room, private bathroom and bedroom. Sleeps 2 to 6 persons; 2 on the queen in bedroom; 2 on the futon; and 2 on the hide-away-bed in family room. Available for couples or families. Pets allowed in this unit. It has a private entrance, full kitchen including a dishwasher. For your entertianment there is a TV to use as a monitor for the VCR. There are 200+ videos provided at no cost for your use. No satelite, cable or local reception. There is a back door with a small private yard, a fenced area for pets. Rents for $138 for 2 persons with breakfast. Cost for extra persons:
babies thru age of 3 are free, nbsp; age 4 thru 12 cost $10 per night, nbsp; age 13 on up cost $20 per night. Breakfast included in these cost. All prices subject to change without notice.
