The Ponderosa has a fence yard provided for your pet.  $10 per night med. to large dogs  -  $5 per night for small dogs.

Must be house broken and well behaved.  No barkers. 
Note: You are responsible for cleaning up after pets or there will be an extra charge of $10.

THE PONDEROSA. It is decorated in a western theme.  It is large apartment for a family or group of 6.  It comes with a family/sleeping room, kitchen and dining area.  Sleeps 6+ persons.  Two on the trundle bed (2 twins, 1 collapses under top bed) and two on the hide-away-bed (cupboard).  Available for couples or families. Pets allowed in this unit.  It has a private bathroom, entrance, full kitchen including a dishwasher. There is a back door with a small private yard, a fenced area for pets. (Oct. 16th thru April 30th) $95 per night for 2 persons; (May 1st. thru Oct. 15th.)$115 for 2 persons per night; (all year) $10 for extra adults (age 13--adults), $5 for children (babies -12 yrs.) per night.  Roll-away beds available.  NOTE:  Connecting apartments can open up to make a larger 3 bedroom or a 5 bedroom apartment with extra bathrooms.  10% off when 2 or more apartments rented.
