THE HERITAGE APARTMENT SUITE: Decorated in an American heritage theme with red, white & blue, art work by owner Nancy Acosta. The bedroom has a unique queen log-tree bed and continues with the American Heritage theme. It comes with a beautiful antique closet. The mattress is a double pillow top for extra comfort. The complete suite consist of the private bedroom and a family/dining room with 2 twin beds used as sofas when not used as beds. For your entertianment there is a TV to use as a monitor for the VCR. There are 200+ videos provided at no cost. No satelite, cable or local reception. Has a dining area, small seperate kitchen with stove, microwave, small refrigerator, coffee pot, pots & pans, dishes, etc. Come with a private bathroom with tub and over head shower. Some view of the woods and Umpqua River in both rooms, a better view off the deck. Has a covered carport parking area next to this unit. Sleeps 4 persons. $128 from the end of May thru the end of Oct. per night for 2 persons with breakfast. $118 from the end of Oct. thru the end of May per night for 2 persons with breakfast.
COST FOR EXTRA PERSONS: Teens (13+) & Adults: $20 each per person per night, including breakfast.
Children: (4 to 12 yrs.) $10 each per person per night, including breakfast. CHILDREN AGE 3 AND UNDER FREE.
